1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to ensure your products are shipped as promptly as possible.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, which will be available for selection during the checkout process.
3. Domestic and International Shipping
Domestic Shipping: We ship products across the United States using various carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Costa Rica, and Columbia. International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Life of Leisure is not responsible for these charges. All additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track the status of your order using this number on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
Non-Receipt: If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@lifeofleisure.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us immediately to report lost or stolen packages so we can arrange for a replacement. Notifications received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a replacement.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time, we do not support shipping to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order to ensure smooth delivery.
